Tech4Girls
In 2023, we partnered with Tech4Girls, a global initiative founded by GSMA North America in 2018. Tech4Girls is designed to inspire and equip young women to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.
Our partnership with Tech4Girls is a key part of our mission to bridge the gender gap in digital education, providing young women with the tools and opportunities to succeed in technology. Tech4Girls became part of the EQUALS Global Partnership in 2020, a United Nations initiative aimed at achieving gender digital equality by 2026, with a goal of impacting 1,000,000 girls globally.
Our Tech4Girls program is expanding throughout Georgia, as well as North America and the Caribbean through partnerships with educational institutions and sponsors.
Our Tech4Girls program offer hands-on workshops that break down gender barriers and equip young women with the skills needed to excel in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). Our core workshops include:
Mobile App Development: Participants learn to build apps using Thunkable,
Cybersecurity: These workshops introduce digital security basics, helping participants protect their data and explore career opportunities in cybersecurity.
Artificial Intelligence (AI): Participants dive into AI, learning its fundamentals and applications, with sessions tailored to various experience levels.
